RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you change your mind for any reason we will happily accept a return under the following guidelines for a credit note. If you would like to exchange for an item, please place a new order. Please note that we only provide refunds on faulty items with proof of purchase. 

Please read the below terms to make sure your item qualifies for a return.

  • The garment is in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with all the original tags attached.
  • The original Araminta James clear garment bag is returned undamaged with barcode intact.
  • The item is returned within 7 days (after it was received)
  • The items are not purchased on sale.
  • Item is returned with a valid tracking number

Please email customersupport@aramintajames.com stating why you wish to return your item and include your order number. Please allow at least 48 hours for customer support to respond to your enquiry before sending any further enquiries regarding your order. After receiving your returns authorization, please fill out your credit note form and return your order via trackable post to:

Once you have posted the item, please email customersupport@aramintajames.com your tracking number and allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and if your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved you will be emailed a virtual gift voucher. Faulty returns will be refunded to their original method of payment (gift cards are non refundable), within 5 business days.

Discount codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your account will be credited only in the amount that you paid – total amount at checkout less the value of the discount code and shipping. The value of your voucher is the amount paid after any discounts.

Araminta James does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item unless the garment is faulty or an error on our behalf. You will need to ensure that the return postage is traceable as Araminta James takes no responsibility for missing packages. Please note that returns which do not follow our policy MAY BE REJECTED.
